When there's no tracking number, only logins, sessions, and consumption data, most businesses lose disputes they should win. We're working with a small number of digital businesses to understand what evidence actually changes dispute outcomes.
We're looking for a handful of design partners: digital businesses that deal with disputes regularly. We want to understand:
Both, honestly. The product is early. Right now we work disputes by hand with a small number of businesses, and what we learn decides what gets built. The question driving it all: why do digital businesses lose disputes even when they can prove the customer actually used the product?
You export the dispute and order data you already have. We map each claim the cardholder made to the evidence that answers it, and hand back a structured response packet that you review before anything is submitted.
We do not promise percentages, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. Outcomes vary by reason code, card network, and how much evidence actually exists. What we do promise: you will see exactly what was provable in each case, and what was missing.
Order records, usage or delivery evidence, and the dispute notice. No card numbers, no passwords, no access to your systems. Details in the Data handling section above.
Nothing up front. Design-partner work is free or success-based: if nothing is recovered, you owe nothing.
I'd be happy to take a look. You'll get a written read on what evidence would matter for your case, usually within a day, always free.
